What is the best US silver coin to buy?

October 14, 2009 · Posted in Why Purchase Silver Rounds? · 1 Comment

Silver is silver but I imagine it could be hard to unload in the future if it has a picture of Chuck E Cheese on it. Not to mention that someone could tamper more easily with silver rounds than coins distributed by the government (honest as they are). Are there any drawbacks in buying the coveted Silver Eagles or is this the route to go? Also, is there any real doubt that the dollar isn't going down in a blaze of glory? This will drive up silver right? Thanks a lot!
